Born as Andrew John Hozier-Byrne, Hozier started writing songs when he was just 15 years old. Before gaining worldwide recognition, Hoxier was a member of Anúna, a choral ensemble, from 2007 to 2012. Known to pluck the guitar strings with his bare fingers, Hozier embarked on a worldwide tour in 2019 to promote Wasteland Baby!, his second album.
