Canadian Finals Rodeo Schedule 2023-2024

The Canadian Finals Rodeo is a professional National Championship rodeo in Canada, which was held in Red Deer, Alberta, since 2018. It was previously held in Edmonton also. The Canadian Finals Rodeo or CFR usually happens in the early weeks of November and is the last event for the Season of Canadian Professional Rodeo Association (CPRA). It provides one of the most expensive purses in the rodeo of Canada that amounted to over C$1,000,000.

The CFR is known for featuring over ten money-winners that are leading at present in almost every event throughout the Season of Canadian Rodeo. They also feature the finishers of the 1st and 2nd position in each event on all the last ten rodeos of the Season of Canadian Tour. Each Canadian Finals Rodeo event is held over five days that features six different rounds.

Only the residents of Canada were able to partake in the Canadian Finals Rodeo before 2006. But now international candidates are now permitted to compete as well, granted they qualify.
